Ingredients: 4 cups Urjabites Murmura (puffed rice)1/2 cup peanuts1/2 cup roasted chana dal1/4 cup raisins10-12 curry leaves 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon red chili powder1 tablespoon oilSalt to taste Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When they start to crackle add the curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.Add the peanuts and roasted chana dal and fry for 2-3 minutes.Add the turmeric powder red chili powder and salt. Mix well.Add the Murmura (puffed rice) and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.Add the raisins and mix well.Turn off the heat and let the Murmura Chivda cool down completely.Store in an airtight container.
