Murmura Bhel

In a large mixing bowl add the Murmura (puffed rice) chopped onions chopped tomatoes chopped coriander leaves roasted peanuts roasted chana dal and green chili. Mix well.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups UrjaBites Murmura (puffed rice)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup roasted chana dal
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
  • 1 tablespoon mint chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Rinse the Murmura (puffed rice) with water and drain the water completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the Murmura (puffed rice) chopped onions chopped tomatoes chopped coriander leaves roasted peanuts roasted chana dal and green chili. Mix well.
  • Add the tamarind chutney and mint chutney. Mix well.
  • Add the chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
