1.2 We offer shipping and delivery services for products across India, excluding Non-Serviceable Zones. We have partnered with leading logistics service providers to ensure a hassle-free experience and timely delivery for our customers.

2. Applicability of Policy

2.1 By using our website and initiating a purchase request, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise against proceeding with any transactions on our website. Please note that we may update this policy from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review the current terms before using our website.

3. Timeframe for Shipment and Delivery

3.1 Products are typically shipped the day after receiving the order, excluding public holidays.

3.2 We aim to deliver products within an estimated period of 7-10 working days from the order placement date.

3.3 We will notify you via email with the details of your order once it has been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery Charges

4.1 We offer free shipping on all orders across India. You will not be charged any shipping or delivery fees for your orders.

5. Place of Delivery

5.1 We ship and deliver products to locations across India, except for Non-Serviceable Zones (NSZ).

5.2 If your area is deemed unserviceable, we will inform you at the time of order placement.

6. Method of Shipment and Delivery

6.1 We partner with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistics Partners”) to handle the shipment and delivery of products to our customers.

6.2 The details of the Logistics Partner responsible for your order’s shipping and delivery will be provided to you via email.

6.3 If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the Logistics Partner will attempt to reach you on your registered mobile number for up to five times. If they are unable to deliver the product after five attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the product to its original source. We will notify you via email and phone about the cancellation, and any refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days in the form of store credit. To receive the same product, you will need to place a fresh order.

6.4 If you need to reschedule the delivery, you may do so within 3-5 days from the estimated delivery date. Please note that you have a maximum of three rescheduling attempts.

7. Delay in Delivery

7.1 We acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to Force Majeure Events, including circumstances beyond our control, logistics issues, unsuitable weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, and other unforeseeable circumstances.

7.2 In the event of a delay, we will notify you via your registered email address.

7.3 We are not obligated to compensate you for any claims arising from delays in shipment, delivery, or use of the purchased products.

8.1 You will receive a unique tracking identity number once your order has been handed over to the Logistics Partner. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your purchase.

8.2 Use the tracking identity number on our website to track the location and status of your order.

8.3 Please note that we engage third-party service providers for deliveries, and the accuracy and timeliness of tracking status may vary due to technical difficulties and information update delays.
