At Tempting Nutrition Private Limited, the owner and operator of (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to provide a satisfying customer experience. Please read the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Return and Exchange

1.1 Products can only be exchanged for replacements, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.2 If an incorrect product is delivered to the user, i.e., the product does not match the order confirmation email. You have to contact us within 7 working days.

1.3 The user must return the product within 10 working days from the delivery date.

1.4 The product must be returned in its original condition, including the invoice, freebies (if any), and all packaging.

1.5 Returned products must be unopened and sealed. Opened products or missing invoices do not qualify for return or exchange.

1.8 Products returned under this policy will undergo quality inspection. If the returned product passes inspection, the user will be eligible for a refund, credited to the original account or payment method.

1.9 In the event of product damage upon arrival, the user must email us a picture of the damaged product with the barcode at within 48 hours of receiving the order. The user will be entitled to an exchange for the damaged product.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please note that an order can only be canceled before the product is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund if the order has not been approved or processed, with prior intimation to the user.

3. Refund

3.1 Refunds, whether in the form of the original payment method, will be processed within 5-7 working days from:

3.1.1 In case, Refund cannot be provided by the original payment method, An User will need to provide  appropriate account details for refunds.

3.1.2 Receipt of the returned product by the company.

3.2 There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any form of discount was applied to the order.

3.4 Refunds are applicable only if the purchase is made by logging into your account.

3.5 In case of online payments, chargebacks (return of money to the payer) will be initiated only if:

3.5.1 The user is eligible for a refund as per these terms.

3.5.2 Despite being eligible, we have been unable to refund the money to the user’s account within the specified timeline.
