DAHI CHURA

Rinse the Bhagalpuri Katarni Chura Poha with water and drain the water completely. Keep it aside for 10 minutes to soften.

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the Bhagalpuri Katarni Chura Poha with water and drain the water completely. Keep it aside for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Remove/Drain out the water from the Chooda.
  3. Wisk the curd in a bowl.
  4. Add the curd to the soaked chooda.
  5. Add Jaggery powder.
  6. Mix everything together and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bhagalpuri katarani chooda
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery powder
